Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 20 odrębnych zadań, w tym: 1 Depozyt 166 2 Depozyt 170 3 Depozyt 319 4 Depozyt 330 5 Dren do liposuktora 376 6 Elektroda do defibrylatora typ Stat-Pazd 193 7 Neuromonitaring 409 8 Płyty i śruby tytanowe 381 9 Różne 128 10 Różne 161 11 Różne 167 12 Różne 215 13 Różne 241 14 Różne 257 15 Różne 308 16 Różne 337 17 Różne 339 18 Różne 370 19 Różne 403 20 Zaciski 3.
