1.Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego o wartości zamówienia przekraczającej progi unijne, na podstawie art. 132 ustawy Pzp. 2.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa implantów na przewodnictwo kostne przezskórne i podskórne do Magazynu Apteki Szpitalnej, zwanych dalej „wyrobami”. 3.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z specyfikacją rodzajowo-ilościową zawiera Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz formularze asortymentowo-cenowe stanowiące załącznik nr 1.1 - 1.7 do formularza ofertowego. System magnetycznego implantu zakotwiczonego w kości na przewodnictwo kostne z procesorem dźwięku/mowy; System aktywnego implantu słuchowego ucha środkowego; Procesory o mocy 55 dB HL do implantów na przewodnictwo kostne; System implantów zakotwiczonych w kości; System aktywnych implantów słuchowych ucha środkowego; Procesor dźwięku/mowy; System implantu aktywnego na przewodnictwo kostne
