A Polish contracting authority is procuring successive deliveries of various medical devices, including specialised sterile single-use equipment. The procurement is divided into four parts: central venous catheters and other vascular access devices; insulin syringes with fixed needles; insulin syringes with detachable needles; and tuberculin syringes. All offered medical devices must be authorised for placing on the market in Poland under the Act on Medical Devices. Detailed terms of performance are set out in the assortment and price form and the draft contract attached to the SWZ.
