Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych z podziałem na 2 zadania. Szczegółowy zakres usługi został wskazany załącznikach do SWZ Załącznik nr 4 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w Załączniku nr 5 - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. Zadanie 1 -dostawa materiałów medycznych, w tym: komponentów do Plecaków Ratownika Sanitariusza, Plecaków Ratownika Medycznego, Toreb Lekarza, IPMed, apteczek I pomocy oraz sprzętu medycznego. Zadanie 2 - dostawa kremów ochronnych przed działaniem szkodliwych warunków atmosferycznych (wiatru i mrozu), kremów przeciwsłonecznych, środków odstraszających komary i kleszcze oraz płynów odkażających. Szczegółowy opis, terminy przydatności oraz ilości poszczególnego asortymentu są zawarte w załączniku nr 1 do umowy - formularz cenowy. W dniu dostawy określony zgodnie z procedurą Zamawiającego zalecany okres ważności nie powinien być krótszy, niż 80% całkowitego okresu ważności określonego w załączniku nr 1 do umowy (formularz cenowy). Zadanie 1 -dostawa materiałów medycznych, w tym: komponentów do Plecaków Ratownika Sanitariusza, Plecaków Ratownika Medycznego, Toreb Lekarza, IPMed, apteczek I pomocy oraz sprzętu medycznego.; Zadanie 2 - dostawa kremów ochronnych przed działaniem szkodliwych warunków atmosferycznych (wiatru i mrozu), kremów przeciwsłonecznych, środków odstraszających komary i kleszcze oraz płynów odkażających.
