1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa sprzętu medycznego, specjalistycznego, jednorazowego oraz diagnostycznego wraz z akcesoriami, w tym depozyty. 2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: Główny kod CPV: 33140000-3 - materiały medyczne; 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 73 niepodzielnych części, szczegółowo określonych w załączniku nr 1a do niniejszego SWZ, dla których Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. 4. Oferty można składać w odniesieniu do jednej, kilku lub wszystkich części zamówienia. Oferta w każdej części winna być pełna (obejmować wszystkie pozycje wymienione w ramach danej części) i powinna spełniać szczegółowe wymagania określone w SWZ i jej załącznikach. 5. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz cenowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 2 i 2a do SWZ. 6. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych oraz w postaci katalogów elektronicznych. 7. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7, pkt 8.
