1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa sprzętu medycznego jednorazowego specjalistycznego dla Kliniki Kardiochirurgii, w tym depozyty. 2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: Główny kod CPV: 33140000-3 - materiały medyczne; 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 56 niepodzielnych części, szczegółowo określonych w załączniku nr 2 do niniejszego SWZ, dla których Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. 4. Oferty można składać w odniesieniu do jednej, kilku lub wszystkich części zamówienia. Oferta w każdej części winna być pełna (obejmować wszystkie pozycje wymienione w ramach danej części) i powinna spełniać szczegółowe wymagania określone w SWZ i jej załącznikach. 5. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz cenowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 6. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych oraz w postaci katalogów elektronicznych. 7. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7, pkt 8. Część nr 9: Sensor do nieinwazyjnego pomiaru utlenowania regionalnego krwi mózgu Część nr 9A: Dzierżawa; Część nr 12: Śródoperacyjny koc grzewczy; Część nr 30: Zastawka mechaniczna aortalna i mitralna; Część nr 36: Zastawka aortalna do implantacji przezskórnej z systemem do wprowadzania
