Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa obłożeń i bielizny operacyjnej. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy), w którym podano ilość przedmiotu zamówienia i opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części (pakiety). Zamawiający dopuszcza złożenie oferty na jedną, kilka lub wszystkie części. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy. Warunki realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarte zostały również w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy), w którym podano ilość przedmiotu zamówienia i opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
