Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa jednorazowego sprzętu medycznego i materiałów medycznych zgodnie z zapisami załącznika nr 2 do SWZ formularza asortymentowo-cenowego. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na pakiety: Pakiet I - Sterylny zestaw do cięcia cesarskiego Pakiet II - Zestaw do pozyskania osocza bogatopłytkowego PRP Pakiet III - Gotowe zestawy operacyjne PAK Pakiet IV - Osprzęt do resektoskopu Dostawa gotowych zestawów operacyjnych PAK zgodnie z zapisami załącznika nr 2 do SWZ formularza asortymentowo-cenowego.
