1. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa hemostatykówi zestawów do podcisnieniowej terapii ran. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi 6 zadań. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną liczbę zadań. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1-6 do SWZ. 4. Okres ważności przedmiotu zamówienia (przydatności do użycia) musi wynosić minimum 12 miesięcy licząc od daty dostawy do siedziby Zamawiającego. zestawy opatrunkowe - 28 pozycji; opatrunki hemostatyczne - 8 pozycji; miejscowy hemostatyczny opatrunek - 3 pozycje; Miejscowy, wchłanialny środek hemostatyczny w postaci elastycznej gąbki żelatynowej; Miejscowy, wchłanialny opatrunek hemostatyczny w postaci kompresu; Miejscowy, hemostatyczny opatrunek w postaci paska z gazy z chitosanem
