Description

Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego o wartości zamówienia przekraczającej progi unijne, na podstawie art. 132 ustawy Pzp 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa wyrobów medycznych do Magazynu Apteki Szpitalnej Zamawiającego, zwanych dalej „Wyrobami”. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym rodzaj, minimalne parametry oraz ilości poszczególnych Wyrobów Rodzaj określają formularze asortymentowo - cenowe, stanowiące kolejno załącznik nr 1.1 - 1.2 do Formularza Ofertowego, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3.Dla Pakietu nr 1 i 2 oferowane fartuchy chirurgiczne muszą spełniać wymagania według normy PN-EN 13795:2019 lub równoważnej. Pakiet 1- FARTUCHY CHIRURGICZNE JAŁOWE WZMOCNIONY; PAKIET NR 2 - FARTUCHY CHIRURGICZNE STANDARD
