Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów hemodynamicznych do diagnostycznych i terapeutycznych zabiegów kardiologii inwazyjnej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. 1. Zestawy do koronarografii - 1 860 szt. 2. Zestawy do koronaroplastyki - 860 szt.; 1. Koszulki wprowadzające krótkie do tętnicy udowej - 300 szt. 2. Zestaw mikrocewników: 2.1. Cewniki taperowane - 10 szt. 2.2. Cewniki taperowane - 7 szt. 2.3. Mikrocewniki do przewpekłych okluzji - 8 szt. 2.4. Mikrocewniki dedykowany bardzo twardych okluzji - 6 szt. 3. Urządzenie działające na zasadzie mechanicznego osiągania hemostazy - 6 szt. 4. Miernik - 3 szt. 5. Koszulki wprowadzające do tętnicy udowej - 150 szt.; 1. Balony nacinająco-pozycjonujące - 16 szt.
