Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego są: Dostawy materiałów zużywalnych na potrzeby Centralnej Sterylizatorni zwanych dalej „towarem” zgodnie z rodzajem asortymentu i ilościami określonymi w „Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i zgodnie z „Formularzem Oferty”, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Uniwersyteckiego Szpitala Klinicznego nr 2 Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi, ul. Żeromskiego 113, 90-549 Łódź, Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Uniwersyteckiego Szpitala Klinicznego Nr 1 im. Norberta Barlickiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi, ul. Kopcińskiego 22, 90-153 Łódź Zamówienie podzielone jest na 28 części. W ramach przedmiotowego postępowania Zamawiający wymaga użyczenia urządzeń w części 1,2,14, lub dzierżawy urządzeń w części 28.
