1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa wraz z instalacją systemu do badań dynamicznych i statycznych z napędem elektrycznym, umożliwiający jednoczesne obciążenia osiowe (rozciąganie/ściskanie) oraz skrętne, w tym badania zmęczeniowe, z przejściem przez zero, na potrzeby projektu Centrum Metrologii Przemysłowej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w opisie technicznym przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia jest finansowany w ramach projektu pt. „Centrum Metrologii Przemysłowej” (nr projektu: FEOP.01.03-IP.01-0001/25), dofinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Opolskiego 2021-2027. 4. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: 38540000-2 Maszyny i aparatura badawcza i pomiarowa
