Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego poduszkowca ratowniczo-transportowego wraz z wyposażeniem operacyjnym, przeznaczonego do realizacji zadań Wojewody Zachodniopomorskiego na potrzeby ochrony ludności, obrony cywilnej i działań przeciwpowodziowych. Zamawiający wyjaśnia, że przez „fabrycznie nowy” rozumie urządzenie nieużywane operacyjnie, niepochodzące ze zwrotu ani wcześniejszej sprzedaży, posiadające jedynie przebieg wynikający z testów fabrycznych lub czynności rejestracyjnych producenta. W zakres zamówienia wchodzą: 1) Poduszkowiec ratowniczo-transportowy - 1 szt. 2) Wyposażenie ratownicze i eksploatacyjne - 1 komplet, zgodnie z ST. 3) Pokrowiec ochronny - 1 szt. 4) Przyczepa transportowa - 1 szt. 5) Dokumentacja techniczna i dopuszczeniowa, w tym: • deklaracja zgodności CE, • certyfikaty jakości i bezpieczeństwa, • instrukcja obsługi w języku polskim, • karta gwarancyjna. 6) Przeszkolenie min. 2 osób z obsługi technicznej i eksploatacji poduszkowca. 7) Dostawa sprzętu do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego (WMPP Lubieszyn).
