The contract covers the supply of a factory-new articulated front wheel loader, produced no earlier than 2026, unused, undamaged, and not a prototype, coming from series production. The loader must be delivered with equipment, including 3 complete sets of new cutting edges with mounting bolts and nuts, and the supplier must provide access to a remote monitoring system for the machine via a web browser. The scope also includes an operational test lasting at least 1 hour, servicing for 24 months or 9,000 motor hours, whichever comes first, in line with the operating manual, and training of 8 members of the contracting authority's staff during the test.
