1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna, realizowana przez Wykonawcę, w miarę zgłaszanego przez Zamawiającego zapotrzebowania (na podstawie szczegółowych zamówień) dostawa materiałów laboratoryjnych, szczegółowo opisanych w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego, tj. na portiernię budynku A położonego w Poznaniu przy ul. Noskowskiego 12/14, zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonymi w ww. Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi integralną część opisu Przedmiotu zamówienia. Materiały laboratoryjne wymienione w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ zwane są w dalszej treści łącznie Materiałami. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji Przedmiotu zamówienia zostały również określone w Projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 3.
