Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup sprzętu komputerowego z wyposażeniem i oprogramowaniem systemowym oraz udzielenie gwarancji jakości. 2. Szczegółowy opis i zakres Przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”), opisany został w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach przedstawionych w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”) stanowiących Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający, na podstawie art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, przewiduje zastosowanie prawa opcji (zamówienie niegwarantowane), wyrażonego ilościowo polegającego na dostawie (nowego) sprzętu komputerowego z wyposażeniem i oprogramowaniem systemowym oraz udzielenie gwarancji jakości, w ilości i cechach opisanych w OPZ. Zakres prawa opcji został szczegółowo opisany w OPZ stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 a także w § 1a PPU stanowiących Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
