Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest integracja i rozbudowa systemów informatycznych świadczeniodawcy w SPWSZ w Szczecinie, opisane w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość współfinansowania realizacji Przedmiotu Umowy jest współfinansowane przez Unię Europejską ze środków pochodzących z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy w ramach projektu pn. D1.1.2 Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia zgodnie z wnioskiem nr KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0205/25. 5. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość unieważnienia niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia na podstawie art. 257 PZP, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku 1
