Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. 3. Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia do Magazynu Miejskiego Centrum Medycznego im. dr. Karola Jonschera w Łodzi (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź) realizowana będzie na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy, w przypadku Pakietu 4, dostawa do Apteki Szpitalnej (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź). Sprzęt jednorazowego użytku
