Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wyrobów medycznych jednorazowego użytku dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Zestaw do odciągania pokarmu kobiecego do laktatora Symphony prod. Medela jednodniowego użytku; Butelka do pasteryzacji mleka kobiecego; Jednorazowy koc ogrzewający wymiar 110 x 210-220 cm; Opatrunek przezroczysty półprzepuszczalny do mocowania kaniul obwodowych i centralnych u noworodków i dzieci, wzmocniony włókniną części obejmującej kaniulę, z nacięciem, rozmiar 5cm x 5,7cm; Wymazówka bez podłoża transportowego, z patyczkiem drewnianym lub plastikowa rurka (łatwość ułamania) dł. 130-150mm, wacik bawełniany, sterylna, pakowana indywidualnie w probówce transportowej; Rękawica ochronna zabezpieczająca przed samookaleczeniem dla dorosłych rozmiar; Worek laparoskopowy bez uchwytu nożycowego z torbą o pojemności; Retraktor chirurgiczny jednorazowego użytku; Elektrody EKG dla wcześniaków i noworodków, przezierne, rozmiar micro ( 25 x 10 mm ); Ustnik jednorazowy dla dorosłych do wprowadzania sondy echokardiograficznej o szerokim otworze centralnym, z elastyczną opaską mocującą; Żel do ostrzykiwania ujścia moczowodu; Zastawka typu Heimlicha z zaworem jednokierunkowym chroniącym przed powrotem odessanego płynu do pacjenta
