1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Sukcesywna dostawa probówek do poboru krwi na Potrzeby Pracowni Przesiewowych Testów Aktywności Biologicznej i Gromadzenia Materiału Biologicznego Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu. Zamówienie realizowane w ramach projektu nr ABM.D250.24.001 pn. „Medycyna Cyfrowa: Innowacyjne podejście do diagnostyki i terapii w oparciu o naukę” 2. Krótki opis przedmiotu zamówienia: Przedmiotem zamówienia są probówki do poboru krwi żylnej przeznaczone do badań naukowych i laboratoryjnych, umożliwiające stabilizację białek osocza tuż po pobraniu materiału. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Formularzu ofertowym (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), Arkuszu Informacji Technicznej (załącznik nr 2 do SWZ), Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). Zamawiający wymaga, by przedmiot zamówienia spełniał wymogi zawarte w Arkuszu Informacji Technicznej. Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji umowy określa Wzór umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ). 3. Zamawiający podaje kwotę, jaką zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia, która wynosi brutto: 74 292,00 zł 4. Miejsce dostawy: Uniwersytet Medyczny im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu, Magazyn Działu Zakupów, Wybrzeże L. Pasteura 1, 50-367 Wrocław
