Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i wdrożenie wzorców czasu wraz z 36 miesięczną usługą opieki serwisowej Wykonawcy, przeprowadzeniem instruktażu oraz świadczeniem usługi konsultacji. Zamawiający wymaga obligatoryjnego udziału w wizji lokalnej w obrębie przedmiotu zamówienia dla Wykonawców zainteresowanych złożeniem oferty. Brak udziału w wizji lokalnej Wykonawcy skutkuje odrzuceniem jego oferty na podstawie art.226 ust. 1 pkt 18 ustawy Pzp. Warunki udziału w wizji lokalnej zostały zawarte w pkt 2.1.6. SWZ.
