1. Dostawa sprzętu, systemów bezpieczeństwa oraz oprogramowania Wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań w systemach informatycznych i bezpieczeństwa w Centrum Zdrowia w Mikołowie Sp. z o.o. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na cztery części („pakiety”) - pojęcia „część” i „pakiet” w niniejszym postępowaniu są równoznaczne: Część nr Przedmiot zamówienia Część nr 1 Dostawa rozwiązań do ochrony danych oraz wykrywania podatności w bezpieczeństwie systemów informatycznych, instalacja i konfiguracja systemów Część nr 2 Rozbudowa szpitalnego systemu medycznego Część nr 3 Zakup systemu RIS/PACS z integracja z centralnym repozytorium danych medycznych Część nr 4 Digitalizacja dokumentacji medycznej 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagany sprzęt, parametry techniczne sprzętu, wymogi, warunki gwarancji, serwisu, szkolenia z uwzględnieniem części zamówienia został określony w załączniku nr 1a do załącznika nr 1d do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ). 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia na podstawie art. 257 ustawy z dnia 11.09.2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia nie zostaną mu przyznane Dostawa rozwiązań do ochrony danych oraz wykrywania podatności w bezpieczeństwie systemów informatycznych, instalacja i konfiguracja systemów, szczegółowo określonych w załączniku 1a do SWZ; Rozbudowa szpitalnego systemu medycznego, szczegółowo określonych w załączniku 1b do SWZ; Zakup systemu RIS/PACS z integracja z centralnym repozytorium danych medycznych w załączniku 1c do SWZ; Digitalizacja dokumentacji medycznej, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1d do SWZ
