Stała dostawa komponentów bezcementowych i cementowych ortopedycznych wraz z cementem kostnym. Dostawca gwarantuje stworzenie „depozytu” zawierającego pełny typoszereg komponentów, oraz cementu kostnego, stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia oraz uzupełnienie go po zużyciu poszczególnych komponentów. Na czas realizacji umowy Dostawca w ramach przedmiotu zamówienia i ustalonego wynagrodzenia, na czas trwania Umowy, użyczy Zamawiającemu kompletnego instrumentarium do montażu komponentów będących przedmiotem zamówienia.
