Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych stosowanych w neurochirurgii dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną liczbę części. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby zaoferowany asortyment, który jest wyrobem medycznym spełniał wymagania dotyczące wyrobów medycznych zawarte w Ustawie z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 roku o wyrobach medycznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1620 tj.) oraz w wydanych na podstawie tejże ustawy, aktach wykonawczych. Szczegółowy opis znajduje się w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ.
