1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa do siedziby Zamawiającego - NCBJ Ośrodka Radioizotopów POLATOM 25 000 kompletów igieł do generatorów technetowych (Mo/Tc) w systemie dostaw sukcesywnych partiami w okresie 12 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy lub do czasu wyczerpania ilości określonej w postępowaniu. 1.1. Komplety igieł należą do dwóch typów, których wymagania techniczne zostały szczegółowo określone w Załączniku A1 - typ N oraz Załączniku A2 - typ S niniejszego SWZ. Zamawiający będzie zamawiał komplety igieł typu N lub typu S w zależności od zapotrzebowania. 1.2. Wszystkie dostarczane w ramach niniejszego zamówienia komplety igieł muszą spełniać warunki określone w Specyfikacji technicznej - Załącznik A1 - typ N lub Załącznik A2 - typ S. 1.3. Wykonawca ustali jedną cenę jednostkową niezależnie od typu zamawianych kompletów igieł. 1.4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość wcześniejszego wykorzystania wyżej wymienionej, szacunkowo określonej ilości zamawianego asortymentu zaś Wykonawcy z tego tytułu nie będą przysługiwać żadne roszczenia, w tym w szczególności roszczenia odszkodowawcze z tytułu utraconych korzyści.
