1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa paliwa gazowego w rozumieniu i na podstawie przepisów ustawy Prawo Energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. (Dz.U.2024.266 t.j.) od 1.01.2026r.-31.12.2026r. dla COS-OPO w Szczyrku. Szacunkowy łączny wolumen zużycia wynosi 2 491 556 kWh. 2. Szczegółowy sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załączniku nr 8 do SWZ - Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa paliwa gazowego w rozumieniu i na podstawie przepisów ustawy Prawo Energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r.
