1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa: Pakiet nr 1 - Zestawy do półautomatycznej produkcji koncentratu krwinek płytkowych zlewanych z kożuszków leukocytarno-płytkowych , zawieszonych w roztworze wzbogacającym w ilości 21000 sztuk. Szczegółowe wymagania określone zostały w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Pakiet nr 2 - Zestawy laboratoryjne z filtrem do usuwania leukocytów z jednostki terapeutycznej koncentratu krwinek czerwonych w ilości 5000 sztuk.. Szczegółowe wymagania określone zostały w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 2A do SWZ. Zestawy do półautomatycznej produkcji koncentratu krwinek płytkowych zlewanych z kożuszków leukocytarno-płytkowych, zawieszonych w roztworze wzbogacającym w ilości 21000 sztuk.
