Description

4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa energii elektrycznej o określonych, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardach jakościowych. 4.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w OPZ, który stanowi załącznik do SWZ. 4.3. Nazwy i kody zamówienia wg Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 09300000-2 - Energia elektryczna, cieplna, słoneczna i jądrowa, 09310000-5 Elektryczność. 4.4. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie wykonać przedmiot zamówienia zgodnie z postanowieniami niniejszej SWZ, zapisami złożonej oferty oraz dokumentacją, w szczególności: 1) Dostawę energii elektrycznej do obiektów Zamawiającego wymienionych w OPZ, zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w projekcie umowy - zał. Nr 1 do SWZ 2) Zapewnienie zamawiającemu dostępu do informacji o danych pomiarowo-rozliczeniowych energii elektrycznej pobranej przez Zamawiającego w poszczególnych punktach poboru. 3) Bilansowanie handlowe w zakresie sprzedaży energii elektrycznej. 4) Zgłoszenie Operatorowi Systemu Dystrybucyjnego do realizacji zawartej z Zamawiającym umowy sprzedaży energii elektrycznej w terminie gwarantującym rozpoczęcie sprzedaży energii przez Wykonawcę w terminie określonym SWZ, w tym przeprowadzenie procesu skutecznej zmiany sprzedawcy energii elektrycznej z właściwym Operatorem Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (dalej OSD) na podstawie udzielonego przez Zamawiającego pełnomocnictwa. 5) Przedmiot zamówienia nie obejmuje świadczenia usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. 4.5. Lokalizacja, dane techniczne punktów poboru i planowane w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego zużycie energii elektrycznej dla wymienionych w załączniku WYKAZ PUNKTÓW POBORU jest orientacyjne i wynosi około (+/- 30%) 1 855,07 MWh. Zamawiający gwarantuje Wykonawcy, że odbierze co najmniej 70% szacunkowej ilości energii elektrycznej określonej w SWZ.
