Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa - "Energii elektrycznej ”, dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Brzesku, przy ul. Kościuszki 68. Dostawa energii elektrycznej do punktów poboru energii elektrycznej Zamawiającego odbywać się będzie na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 266) oraz wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych, o określonych standardach jakościowych. Standardy jakościowe energii elektrycznej opisane są w ustawie Prawo energetyczne, w rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 22 marca 2023 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków funkcjonowania systemu elektroenergetycznego (Dz. U. z 2025., poz. 919), w rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska 6 z dnia 29 listopada 2022 r. w sprawie sposobu kształtowania i kalkulacji taryf oraz sposobu rozliczeń w obrocie energią elektryczną (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 904) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Zał. nr 1 do SWZ - Formularz oferty szczegółowy oraz wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
