Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. - Prawo energetyczne (t. j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 43), do czterech podmiotów posiadających PPE (punkty poboru energii elektrycznej), objęte poniższym wykazem: 1) budynki Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Białymstoku, w grupie taryfowej: C11, C12a, C23, G12w, G11, B23 oraz budynek bez nadanej grupy taryfowej; 2) budynki Politechniki Białostockiej, w grupie taryfowej: B23 i C11; 3) budynki Uniwersytetu w Białymstoku, w grupie taryfowej: B23, B21, C21, C11 i G11. 4) budynki Uniwersytetu Muzycznego Fryderyka Chopina - Filia w Białymstoku, w grupie taryfowej: C21, C11 i G12. Wykaz punktów poboru energii elektrycznej w poszczególnych grupach taryfowych oraz zużycie energii elektrycznej w poszczególnych obiektach Partnerów zawierają Załączniki nr 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d do SWZ.
