Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa codzienna- całodobowa energii elektrycznej o napięciu znamionowym 230/400 V o częstotliwości 50 Hz w czasie 12 miesięcy na potrzeby Gminy Miasto Oława zgodnie z przepisami ustawy Prawo energetyczne oraz aktami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy w ilości szacunkowej (+/- 10%) 2 975 186 kWh w tym: - ilość energii dla budynków (ppe opisane w zał.A) (+/- 10%) - 1 595 410 kWh - ilość energii na oświetlenie uliczne (ppe opisane w zał.B) (+/- 10%) - 1 379 776 kWh Szczegółowy wykaz ppe wraz z informacjami dodatkowymi zawiera załącznik nr A (Wykaz obiektów zamawiającego oraz jednostek podległych - budynki) i załącznik B (Wykaz obiektów zamawiającego i jednostek podległych - oświetlenie uliczne) do niniejszej SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w zał. nr 8 do SWZ. Zamawiający posiada urządzenia pomiarowe przystosowane do TPA. Określenie przewidywanego poboru energii służy wyborowi najkorzystniejszej oferty i nie stanowi ze strony zamawiającego zobowiązania do zakupu energii elektrycznej w podanej ilości. Zamawiający gwarantuje Wykonawcy, że odbierze co najmniej 75% szacunkowej ilości energii elektrycznej określonej w SWZ Rozliczanie dostawy energii odbywać się będzie wyłącznie na podstawie faktycznego zużycia energii wg ceny jednostkowej określonej w złożonej ofercie. Dostawa energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Gminy Miasto Oława i jej jednostek organizacyjnych. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia opisany został w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia i jej załącznikach.
