Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa (i odkup wytworzonej w mikroinstalacji) energii elektrycznej na lata 2026 -2027 dla Wojewódzkiej Grupy Zakupowej energii elektrycznej na lata 2026 - 2027, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardami jakościowymi ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (tekst jednolity Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 266, z późn. zm.) wraz z aktami wykonawczymi, dla podmiotowych punktów poboru energii elektrycznej wskazanych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Wykaz nieruchomości oraz znajdujących się na nich PPE (punktów poboru energii). Szacunkowy wolumen w kWh: 68 166 407. Szacunkowy wolumen odkupu w kWh:283 500. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia.
