Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu i na podstawie przepisów ustawy Prawo Energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266,) do COS-OPO w Szczyrku. 2.Szczegółowy sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowieniach umowy. 3.Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną wynosi 3058 MWh w okresie od 01.01.2026- 31.12.2026.
