1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej, w szacunkowej ilości 3 421,9 MWh, dla potrzeb Kujawsko-Pomorskiego Transportu Samochodowego Spółka Akcyjna, w okresie 12 miesięcy od dnia 01.01.2027r. do dnia 31.12.2027r. 2. Dostawa energii elektrycznej będzie następowała do punktów poboru Zamawiającego znajdujących się w następujących miejscowościach: 87-800 Włocławek, ul. Wieniecka 39, 87-800 Włocławek, ul. Rolna 12 (2 punkty poboru), 87-800 Włocławek, ul. Rolna działka 2/10, 87-700 Aleksandrów Kujawski, ul. Wojska Polskiego 2A, 87-600 Lipno, ul. 22 Stycznia (3 punkty poboru), 87-500 Rypin, ul. Dworcowa 20 (2 punkty poboru), Dylewo 50B k/Rypina (kod pocztowy: 87-500 Rypin) - zajezdnia autobusowa, Dylewo k/Rypina (kod pocztowy: 87-500 Rypin) - Stacja Paliw, 87-400 Golub-Dobrzyń, ul.
