Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Arkuszu informacji technicznej (załącznik nr 3 Część 1 oraz Część 2 do SWZ). Zamawiający wymaga, by oferowane produkty spełniały wymogi zawarte w Arkuszu informacji technicznej.
