Prawo zamówień publicznych. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych typ 3 - A3 mono, w ilości: 47 szt. 1. Procedura wykonawcza prowadzona w celu udzielenia zamówienia wykonawczego w ramach Umowy ramowej nr WZP-43-88/2025 pn.: „Umowa ramowa na dostawę urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych na rzecz sądów powszechnych” zgodnie z art. 314 ust. 1 pkt 1) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r.
