1. Procedura wykonawcza prowadzona w celu udzielenia zamówienia wykonawczego w ramach Umowy ramowej nr WZP-43-69/2025 pn.: „Umowa ramowa na dostawę drukarek na rzecz sądów powszechnych” zgodnie z art. 314 ust. 1 pkt 1) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa drukarek typ 5 - wydajnych mono A4, w ilości: 150 szt. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający specyfikację techniczną sprzętu stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
