Poland - Printers and plotters - Call-off procedure under the framework agreement for the supply of type 1 mono A4 desk printers for common courts

The Centre for Procurement for the Judiciary, on behalf of the Court of Appeal in Krakow and the Court of Appeal in Wroclaw, awarded a call-off contract under Framework Agreement No WZP-43-66/2025 for the supply of printers for common courts. The contract covers the delivery of 417 type 1 mono A4 desk printers, with the detailed technical specification set out in Annex No 2 to the invitation to tender. The procedure was conducted under Article 314(1)(1) of the Polish Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019.
