Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług doradztwa oraz opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej i usługi inżynierskie dla zadania pn. „Budowa kogeneracyjnego źródła ciepła w lokalizacji Łagisza w Będzinie”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje opracowanie dokumentacji oraz wsparcie Zamawiającego na etapie postępowań o udzielenie zamówień (wybór Dostawcy Technologii oraz wybór Generalnego Wykonawcy) oraz sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego podczas realizacji Zadania Inwestycyjnego realizowanego w lokalizacji Łagisza w Będzinie polegającego na budowie: kogeneracji gazowej, kotła/kotłów elektrodowych oraz akumulatora ciepła. Szczegółowy opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 1 do Projektowanych postanowień Umowy (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ).
