Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące: 1. mycia i dezynfekcji maszynowej narzędzi; 2. sposobu zabezpieczenia materiałów ortopedycznych i instrumentarium; 3. oznakowań; 4. dokumentacji; 5. szkoleń; 6. przegląd technicznych; 7. depozytu; 8. systemu kontroli i ewidencji implantów Bloku Operacyjnym itp. - określony w rozdziale 5 SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym wymagania oraz ilości zawiera Formularz ofertowo-cenowy - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
