1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż i dostawa do siedziby Zamawiającego urządzenia medycznego, przenośnego, umożliwiającego monitorowanie parametrów życiowych, defibrylację (w tym kardiowersję) i zewnętrzną stymulację przezskórną pacjenta tj. defibrylatora wraz z akcesoriami. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (Opis przedmiotu zamówienia). Warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
