Część 3 - Respirator kliniczno-transportowy 1 kpl. Część 4 - Stanowisko resuscytacji noworodka 3 kpl. Część 5 - Respirator szpitalny z wózkiem 2 kpl. Część 6 - Symulowany defibrylator 1 kpl. Część 7 - Zaawansowany defibrylator 1 kpl. Część 8 - Inkubator otwarty - stanowisko do resuscytacji noworodków 1 kpl. 2. ZAŁĄCZNIKI DOTYCZĄCE PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA: - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, - Tabela zgodności oferowanego przedmiotu zamówienia z zasadą DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) - Załącznik nr 2a do SWZ, - Tabela oceny warunków gwarancji - Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ, - Warunki gwarancji, rękojmi i serwisu gwarancyjnego - Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ, - Procedura dostawy i odbioru urządzenia - Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
