1. Przedmiotem zamówienia dostawa ślizgów z nakładką grafitową i nakładek grafitowych do taboru kolejowego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na trzy odrębne części. 3. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych, zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp”. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym. 4. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera SWZ i załączniki do SWZ, stanowiące jej integralną część. 1. Przedmiotem części 1 zamówienia jest dostawa ślizgów z nakładką grafitową do pantografu DSA150.07 do lokomotyw EP07, pantografu DC DSA250.14 do lokomotyw EU44 oraz pantografu DSA150.07 do pojazdów ED74. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera SWZ i załączniki do SWZ, stanowiące jej integralną część.; 1. Przedmiotem części 2 zamówienia jest dostawa nakładek grafitowych do odbieraków prądu (5ZL-AKP4E) do lokomotyw EP07, EU07, EP08 oraz ślizgów z nakładką grafitową DSA150.06 z syst. ADD do lokomotyw EP09. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera SWZ i załączniki do SWZ, stanowiące jej integralną część.; 1. Przedmiotem części 3 zamówienia jest dostawa ślizgów z nakładką grafitową do pantografów DSA150.06 z syst. ADD do lokomotyw EU160 oraz do pojazdów ED161. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera SWZ i załączniki do SWZ, stanowiące jej integralną część.
