1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sukcesywna dostawę artykułów spożywczych dla zrównoważenia wysiłku energetycznego dla Honorowych Dawców Krwi w okresie 18 m-cy. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielono na 2 części . Część 1 - Dostawa czekolady pełnomlecznej (gramatura 90 g - 100 g) W następujących gatunkach: Czekolada mleczna 30% - 127 500 szt. Czekolada gorzka 70% - 127 500 szt. Czekolada mleczna kokosowa 30% - 127 500 szt. Część 2 - Dostawa pozostałych artykułów spożywczych W rozbiciu na: Orzeszki ziemne prażone niesolone (op. a 350 g) - 127 500 szt. Musli tradycyjne (op. a 350g) - 127 500 opak. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla części nr 1, 2 określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sukcesywna dostawę artykułów spożywczych dla zrównoważenia wysiłku energetycznego dla Honorowych Dawców Krwi w okresie 18 m-cy. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 3 gatunków czekolad: a) Czekolady twardej mlecznej w ilości 127 500 sztuk - z zawartością suchej masy kakaowej nie mniej niż 30%, maksymalnie 57 g cukrów w 100 g produktu b) Czekolady gorzkiej twardej w ilości 127 500 sztuk - z zawartością suchej masy kakaowej 70%, maksymalnie 30 g cukrów w 100 g produktu c) Czekolady mlecznej z dodatkiem wiórków kokosowych w ilości nie mniej niż 18% w ilości 127 500 sztuk - maksymalna zawartość cukrów 48 g w 100 g produktu 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera ; dla Części nr 1 - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ- Opis przedmiotu zamówienia; 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sukcesywna dostawę artykułów spożywczych dla zrównoważenia wysiłku energetycznego dla Honorowych Dawców Krwi w okresie 18 m-cy. Część 2 - Dostawa pozostałych artykułów spożywczych W rozbiciu na: Orzeszki ziemne prażone niesolone (op. a 350 g) - 127 500 szt. Musli tradycyjne (op. a 350g) - 127 500 opak. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla części nr 2 określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
