1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż, dostawa, instalacja oraz uruchomienie fabrycznie nowego przepływowego sortera komórek, w którym sortowanie odbywa się na podstawie spektralnej i obrazowej analizy fluorescencji badanych komórek/obiektów. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Istotne postanowienia umowy zostały określone w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia - dostawa wraz z wniesieniem i instalacją do siedziby Zamawiającego, ul. Ks. Trojdena 4, 02-109 Warszawa.
