1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie dwóch jednakowych zintegrowanych systemów chromatograficznych, dwumodułowych do oznaczenia anionów i kationów nieorganicznych w wodzie - wraz z dodatkowym wyposażeniem. 2. Adres dostawy: a) Powiatowa Stacja Sanitarno - Epidemiologiczna w Wieluniu ul. POW 14 98-300 Wieluń b) Powiatowa Stacja Sanitarno - Epidemiologiczna w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim ul. Aleja 3 Maja 8 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski 3. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 4. Dostawa obejmuje: a) wniesienie do pomieszczenia wskazanego przez Zamawiającego, szczegółowe informacje znajdują się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ b) montaż i instalację w miejscu posadowienia, uruchomienie, skonfigurowanie, przetestowanie i demonstrację pełnej sprawności dostarczonych urządzeń c) przeszkolenie pracowników z obsługi i konserwacji dostarczonego sprzętu. 5. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zostały określone w Formularzu Przedmiotowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ
