Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa kompletnego używanego zestawu do ultrawysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej (UHPLC) sprzężonej ze spektrometrem mas pojedynczego kwadrupola (LC-MS), zwanego dalej „sprzętem”, dla Wydziału Chemii Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje: 1) dostawę, montaż, instalację oraz uruchomienie sprzętu w miejscu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego, 2) przeszkolenie wskazanych pracowników Zamawiającego (maksymalnie 2 osób) w zakresie obsługi sprzętu i oprogramowania. 3. Kod Klasyfikacji Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 38432200-4 (chromatografy), 38433100-0 (spektrometry masy). 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa opis przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 5. Miejsce dostawy sprzętu: Uniwersytet Gdański, Wydział Chemii, Sekcja Zaopatrzenia i Obsługi Technicznej, ul. Wita Stwosza 63, 80-308 Gdańsk, pokój A6. 6. Zamawiający wymaga gwarancji na sprzęt na okres 12 miesięcy. Szczegóły dotyczące gwarancji zawarte są w § 7 projektu umowy - załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. 7. Zamawiający po zawarciu umowy przewiduje ubieganie się o 0% stawkę podatku VAT na podstawie art. 83 ust. 14 pkt 1 ustawy z 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 775 z późn. zm.) - w zakresie zestawów komputerowych stacjonarnych oraz monitora.
