Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa cewników ablacyjnych. 1.1 Specyfikację asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenową określa Załącznik Nr 2/1 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa elektrod diagnostycznych, przedłużaczy, introduktorów, igieł do punkcji transseptalnej 1.1 Specyfikację asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenową określa Załącznik Nr 2/2 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa cewników oraz elektrod ablacyjnych, przedłużaczy, łączników 1.1 Specyfikację asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenową określa Załącznik Nr 2/3 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa elektrod diagnostycznych oraz przedłużaczy multipolarnych. 1.1 Specyfikację asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenową określa Załącznik Nr 2/4 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty.
