Potrzeba Zamawiającego obejmuje realizację prac związanych z remontem stawów rybnych w miejscowości Smardzew na terenie leśnictwa Szczawin. Przedsięwzięcie polega na wykonaniu remontu wszystkich mnichów, grobli pomiędzy stawem nr 1 i nr 2, skarpy na stawie nr 1 od strony rzeki Czarniawki oraz kładki znajdującej się przy stawie nr 3. Celem przedsięwzięcia jest utrzymanie w pełnej sprawności technicznej urządzeń i obiektów hydrotechnicznych, a także stawów, utrzymanie w należytym stanie technicznym grobli i czaszy stawów oraz usunięcie uszkodzeń grobli, co wprost wynika z Decyzji WA.ZUZ.5.4210.375m.2020. PK Dyrektora zlewni w Łowiczu ws. udzielenia pozwolenia wodnoprawnego z dnia 14 październik 2020 r. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawiera rozdział III Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ) oraz dokumentacja projektowa stanowiąca załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
